I ordered this product from a tv demonstration so I didn't have very high expectations. But boy, was I surprised! It worked just like demonstrated, very quickly turned my dry, cracked hiking feet into pink and smooth. It won't get rid of thick calluses with just one use, but it does make your whole sole smooth and even and ready for your dressiest sandals. Be sure to follow the directions, including wiping the dust off your feet with a damp towel and using a moisturizating cream afterwards. Who cares what color the roller is, as long as it works! The directions specify that if you press hard, the device will stop. The trick is to press very lightly, as if you were filing your nails. Also, make sure your batteries are fresh. My one complaint is that the packaging didn't give any info on where to order refill rollers, but that's what Google is for, I guess. Good to know I can get them here! This would make a great gift for a female relative, or anyone who likes regular pedicures, especially if they can't afford to go as often as they'd like.
